三亚日报讯，“仰起头来，放松呼吸，坚持游……”在教练的鼓励下，学习了10个游泳课时的小学生杨坦已经掌握了游泳的基本技能，能够在水下轻松自如地变换泳姿。据悉，自从落实《关于开展普及中小学生游泳教育工作的通知》以来，截至8月22日，今年暑假三亚市直属学校各中小学生有5000多人完成了这份特殊的“暑假作业”，去年至今有逾2万名中小学生通过了游泳安全培训。
“游泳既可以强身健体，也可以掌握一项自救技能，以后在海边玩耍可以不用害怕了。”每天训练超过一个小时的市九小学生李洋告诉三亚日报记者，有专门的游泳场地和专业教练指导，学得很快。
暑期期间，蓝洋水上运动中心对该校参训学生授于专业的游泳技能。据“徒手蛙泳游完25米”考核标准数据，目前游泳考核合格率高达94%，高标准、高品质地完成培训任务。
三亚市教育局体卫艺科有关负责人说，今年5月，省教育厅明确了中小学生游泳测试考核标准，要求各地各校对普及中小学生游泳教育工作要强化安全管理，细化组织程序，并严格按照“学生能够在没有辅助的情况下独立游25米”为标准进行达标测试，对通过达标测试考核合格的学生要及时发放游泳合格证，考核必须由学校、培训机构、学生或家长三方签名(盖章)确认，才能发给证书。
据悉，今年暑假，三亚市教育局下达了《关于开展普及中小学生游泳教育工作的通知》，要求落实省政府工作报告2018年重点工作年度工作目标和三亚市普及中小学游泳教育工作目标，进一步推进中小学生“学游泳、防溺水、懂救生”系统教育工程，普及游泳安全知识和游泳技能，提高学生的身体素质、生存技能和急救能力，从源头上遏制学生溺水事件的发生。(记者 杨洋 黄珍)
